Parking Services has been responsible for coordinating parking on campus for more than half a century. We offer permit and metered parking and configure parking lots to make sure everyone who can park has a place to park. Parking and Transportation Services and the Parking Services committee strive to keep up with the parking needs of our ever growing campus.
Parking lots are enforced as posted. Parking citations are a necessary part of regulating our parking lots and we offer an appeals process for when unusual circumstances arise. Some lots have more than one permit type designated or rows that have different requirements from the rest of the lot. You must have a permit or pay meters year round as posted.
We are happy to assist you with any parking related questions you may have. Feel free to call us, email us, or stop by our office. We are here to help!

Parking on campus must pay for itself, due to state statute regulations (Parking Services is governed by C.R.S. § 23-5-107 and C.R.S. § 23-5-101.5). Staff, faculty, students and visitors pay for parking in one of three ways: buying a permit, paying a meter or paying a fine.
All the money collected from parking goes to support parking. No tax, tuition or fee revenue supports parking on campus. All parking maintenance and operations are supported by money collected from parking permit sales, meters and fines. Parking costs include new construction, maintenance of existing facilities, signs and enforcement.
