Warning Stickers, Boots and Other Violations test

Warning Stickers & Boots

Vehicles with four or more unpaid citations are subject to a warning sticker and an associated fee of $40. Vehicles will be subject to a warning sticker regardless of permit status.

If citations are left unresolved, the vehicle is subject to receiving a boot. Once a vehicle has received a boot, all citation fees must be paid before the device is removed.

Unauthorized Boot Removal

Unauthorized attempts to remove the boot from the vehicle by anyone other than CSU Transportation or the CSU Police Department are considered criminal violations. Safety or criminal violations are subject to a boot, regardless of the number of active citations.
