Citations on an active appeal are not subject to the 14-day escalation/30-day transfer policy. If a citation has been upheld, the 14-day escalation/30-day transfer period will begin anew on the date the result was issued.

Appeals are typically resolved within 3-5 weeks. Results are delivered via email or USPS and are considered final by the University. Citations upheld by the independent Appeal Board are subject to $10 administrative fees.
