Training required for passenger van reservations

On April 9, 2001, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a consumer advisory warning the users of passenger vans that under certain load conditions, these vehicles have an increased risk of rollover, displaced center of gravity, and difficulty in handling while towing cargo.
