Courtesy Shuttle

CSU provides a supplemental, first-come, first-served Courtesy Shuttle for students with an eligible permanent ambulatory disability. Ambulatory disabilities are those which significantly impact the ability to walk.

RIDES ARE PROVIDED WHEN SPACE IS AVAILABLE:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to and from residence halls, designated parking areas, and proximity pick-up locations near Main Campus buildings not immediately adjacent to the Transfort ADA compliant Bus Routes.

Students who need an individual ADA ride off campus may request this service by registering with the City of Fort Collins’ Dial-A-Ride program. For questions about the courtesy shuttle program, please call 970-732-2457 or email [email protected].

CSU Transportation Disability Courtesy Shuttle Application Process

Step 1: Shuttle Application

Complete the Temporary Disability Courtesy Shuttle Service Application form. Information on the form must be accurate. All boxes must be completed, blank fields will void application.

*Upon completion of the shuttle application form, please contact the CSU Student Disability Center and register if you haven’t already. The process cannot move forward beyond this point without being registered with the SDC

Step 2: Verification of Mobility Impairment.

Fill out the student portion of the Mobility Impairment Verification Form and ensure all fields are completed accurately. Once the form is submitted, the document will be sent to the Colorado State University Student Disability Center for review. Upon completion, it will be returned to Fleet Services for final confirmation.

University Center for the Arts

Shuttle

CSU Transportation’s Fleet Services operates a courtesy shuttle to help students get from main campus to the University Center for the Arts.

The University Center for the Arts Shuttle (white van) is parked in a pick-up zone next to the Courtesy Disability Shuttle (grey van).
