Event Parking Request

Colorado State University hosts many events, conferences, and retreats on campus throughout the year. If you are planning an event and need parking options, click the document below to request parking support for your event:

Event Considerations

Here are some important things to have ready before planning your event parking with CSU Transportation Services:

  • Determine if you intend to cover the cost of parking for the attendees.
    • Please note that university fiscal rules do not allow department funds to be used to pay for parking for CSU affiliates, including faculty, staff and students.
  • Consider the location of your event. Some areas of campus may not have available parking for event attendees.
  • If you are bringing buses on to campus, there are approved locations for drop-off, pick-up and parking for the buses.
  • For on-site or off-site transportation, Fleet Services, 970-491-0016, can assist with reserving vehicles.
  • Please contact Stephanie Zakis with any additional questions.
