Transfort makes catching your bus a breeze. Use their free Ride Transfort iTunes app or Google app to find a route, bus arrival time and real time bus information. Sign up for rider alerts and notifications for your favorite route that will be sent directly to your device or email.

To navigate the app, start from the homescreen. From the homescreen, you’ll use the menu bars, shown in the red square on the top left corner; the bus icon, shown on the bottom right corner in the red circle; and the arrow, shown on the bottom right in the red triangle.

Navigation Options

From these navigation options, you can select a bus route, find a bus stop, plan a trip, and get an alert when your bus is coming.

Bus Route Selection

From the home screen, select the bus icon in the lower right corner (see the red circle). A list of all Transfort bus routes appears. Select the route and it will appear on the screen for your reference.

Locate Route by Present Location

From the home screen, select the arrow head in the lower right corner (see the red triangle). The app will find your present location and depict all stops near you. Select a stop to view the buses using the stop and when they will arrive.

Route Arrival Alerts

From the home screen, select the menu icon in the upper left corner (see the red square). Select My Alerts. Here you can create an alert by phone or email to notify you when your desired bus will arrive so you don’t have to wait outside.

Plan a Trip by Start and Destination

From the home screen, select the menu icon in the upper left corner (see the red square). Select Trip Planner. Here you can enter your pick up and destination address. A list of routes will appear with boarding times, bus stops, and walking directions.
