Vehicle Rental Rates
Customers may reserve cars, vans, trucks and other vehicles. To reserve a vehicle, call in your request to the reservations desk at 970-491-0016. Phone reservations are accepted with an IO number only. When picking up your reserved vehicle, come to the reservations desk at Transportation Services. Present a valid drivers license and student organizations approval form when applicable, sign the mileage statement or agreement and pick up the keys.
Vehicles are reserved on a first come first serve basis, the sooner you make your reservation with a valid IO number, the greater the chance that the type of vehicle you need will be available. When ready, use the vehicle reservation request online form to proceed.

Weekly Vehicle Rental
Weekly vehicle rental rates are 5 times the daily rate except for buses. Please call 970-491-0016 for weekly bus rental rates.

Important Considerations
- Full-day rental fee will be charged for failure to cancel a reservation and late returns.
- Cleaning charges will be applied for vehicles returned extremely dirty.
